Overview
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Because our products are custom printed stickers, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or minor variations in color or size.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Used or damaged stickers
- Custom or personalized designs
- Clearance or sale items
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Refunds
Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
